Michael Trickey, Local Service Board Team, Welsh Assembly Government
The workshop will consider the role of local Service Boards in facilitating and delivering collaboration and change across Welsh public services, including the need to develop the skills and capacity of the workforce to work in partnership and the opportunities created by local service boards to enable collaborative workforce planning and development.
Michael Trickey Biography
Following a career in higher education and the arts Michael Trickey joined the National Assembly as a civil servant in 1999, working in Finance and the Permanent Secretary’s Office. Since 2004 he has led the development of the Making the Connections policy, including the response to the Beecham Review.
He is a school governor and a board member of two local arts organizations.
