A workshop which focuses on identifying and developing the skills managers need to lead and sustain transformational change. The workshop will draw on case studies and explore a diagnostic framework that will assist organisations to identify the skills required to implement sustainable change. 

Malcolm Anthony Biography

Malcolm is a highly experienced Programme and Change Manager with extensive experience of complex change in large public and private sector organisations. Malcolm has been a professional Management Consultant since 1988, prior to which he held a number of senior management positions. Malcolm has been the programme manager for many complex change programmes, supporting financial, operational and strategic initiatives, including:

  • Service delivery transformation for UK local authorities 
  • Privatisation and implementation of Executive Agency status for Public Sector organisations 
  • Business Process Re-engineering, cost reduction and performance improvement, for numerous private and public sector organisations 
  • Post merger integration, for the worlds largest professional services firm 
  • Financial controls and compliance implementation in a major, global telecommunications company
