Margaret will work with the group on a case study to identify the tools that might be used to transform an organisation.
Margaret Rees Biography
Margaret is an experienced facilitator with public and private sector experience. Previously in marketing, Margaret has worked in change management within the public sector for the past 18 years. She has set up and implemented quality improvement and partnership working initiatives, and also facilitated customer-focused networks across a wide range of public sector organisations. She has a sound knowledge of Charter Mark, ISO 9001:2000, business planning and performance management.

- Extensive knowledge of emergency services, local authorities, the NHS, and central government agencies - where she has set up and facilitated action learning sets
- Specialist in developing partnership working, including improvement and evaluation systems
- Experienced in quality improvement tools for organisational development, and performance and change management
- Skilled user of the balanced scorecard and planning for real approaches.
