- Alternative Approaches to Tackling Long Term Rough Sleeping: Grant of £125,000
- Implementing the WLGA Private Rented Sector Toolkit to Reduce Homelessness: Grant of £30,000
- Shelter Cymru ‘Work it Out’ Programme: Grant of £40,000
- Training for Local Authorities to Enhance Service Quality: Grant of £19,000
- Homelessness Legislation Review: Grant of £35,000
- Prisoner Re-housing Conference and Report: Grant of £5,000
- Conference and Report on Joint Working to Prevent Mortgage Repossession: Grant of £5,000
- National Roll-Out of Cardiff Webtool: Grant of £40,000
- Housing Debt Helpline: Grant of £58,000
- Tackling Homelessness through Financial Inclusion: Grant of £40,000
- Anglesey Nightshelter; Grant of £40,000
