Report to Co-ordinating Committee March 2006.
A draft report has been prepared for submission to the Assembly’s Social Justice and Regeneration Committee as part of their review of what structures should be put in place to ensure that there is effective regional and local governance and accountability in an all Wales Strategic Police Authority (SPA).
