Report to Co-ordinating Committee March 2006.
Purpose: To update the Committee on recent developments in introducing smoke free public places in Wales, with particular reference to the proposed enforcement regime, implications for local authorities and steps being taken to inform businesses and the public. To also obtain political approval for the proposed distribution of funding between local authorities.
