Leading Our Communities
Welsh local government wants to generate further improvement in service delivery across Wales. It recognises that effective community leadership is fundamental to supporting and enabling communities to do more for themselves and that active citizenship is essential to tackling discrimination and building cohesive and sustainable communities.
