Local HSCWB Partnerships, with the statutory partners (Local Authority and Local Health Board) at their core jointly produced assessments of the needs of their population as the foundation for the development their Health, Social Care & Well-being Strategies.
The Needs Assessments have gathered together information on the current health status of the population and allowed clearer determination of ways to improving the health of the population and to build a picture of local services.
