Learning to Improve: An Evaluation of the Welsh Government’s Policies for Local Government
The Welsh Government has commissioned researchers from Cardiff University and Shared Intelligence to undertake an independent assessment of its policies for local government between 2008-12.
The study is focused on three key themes set out in Welsh Government policy statements:
- Encouraging collaboration between local authorities and with other service providers;
- Promoting citizen engagement; and
- A commitment to working in partnership with local government.
