The Fire and Rescue National Framework sets the Assembly Government’s vision and priorities for Fire and Rescue Authorities (FRAs). This report mirrors previous biannual reports produced since 2007 and fulfils a commitment in the Fire and Rescue Service Act 2004 to report on progress against the Framework.
