The Step Up Cymru scheme was developed in partnership between the National Assembly for Wales, the Welsh Assembly Government and the Welsh Local Government Association and ran from October 2009 until April 2010. This report evaluates the scheme’s outcomes and provides a list of recommendations based on lessons learnt and evidence gathered.
