Equalities & Social Justice

The Eqalities and Social Justice Team within the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) works to embed equality and social justice principles across the full range of work undertaken by Welsh local government. The team leads on wide-ranging policy issues such as equalities, community safety, housing, voluntary sector liaison, asylum seekers and refugees and child poverty. Ensuring that equality and social justice principles underpin the work of local government will help to create a fairer and more inclusive Welsh society for all.
