Youth Work Week has been running for a number of years in Wales with many projects, events and clubs showcasing the vast variety of non-formal and informal educational delivery which the Youth Service in Wales offers. Via a voluntary relationship with young people which is Educative, Expressive, Empowering and Participative, youth workers aid young people in their social and personal development in a friendly and informal environment, giving young people confidence and resilience.
