Development of a Wales wide local government/public sector recruitment website

Purpose:

1. To provide background information on the benefits of on-line recruitment and the use of jobs websites
2. To detail for members some indicative costs for options to develop an all-Wales recruitment website.
3. To enable members to decide whether they wish to support the development of an all-Wales recruitment website for local government/the public sector, and if so, which type of option should be progressed.
