Description: Suffolk County Council would like to work with local authorities and relevant organisations on two projects:
- Community owned broadband in rural communities project: to provide community owned broadband infrastructure in areas where mainstream providers will not provide such infrastructure due to perceived market failure. Further information may be found here (Word document).

Description: The University of Vaasa, in partnership with Vaasa Engineering Ltd, would like to find partners interested in two calls within FP7 Energy, 'Energy storage systems for power distribution networks', and 'Large-scale demonstration of smart electricity distribution networks with distributed generation and active customer participation'. Description: The London Borough of Ealing is looking for partners for a European Refugee Fund project to address the mental health needs of refugees and asylum seekers. Description: The European Social Forum of Cyprus (ESFC) would like to find partners to participate in a network project.
