'Working Together for a Healthier Wales'
This year saw another successful C4H conference for Wales - over 250 people 'connected' at the Holland House Hotel. They were informed by 18 plenary speakers and learned, debated and shared policy and practise perspective through 16 parallel sessions all based around the themes.
