Report to Co-ordinating Committee November 2005.
This report outlines a proposed concordat between the Association, Planning Officers Society Wales and Planning Aid Wales. The concordat is loosely based on one prepared by the Local Government Association (LGA), the Planning Officers Society (POS) and the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Implementation of the concordat would be at the level of the individual local planning authority.
