Climate change and its associated impacts represent risks and opportunities for communities and challenge medium and long term planning for local authorities and their partners across Wales. Developing both a corporate and partnership approach to Climate Change Adaptation make sense on a number of levels: ensuring community resilience and business continuity, dealing with risk and meeting future funding, performance and statutory obligations.
