Public Services Ombudsman for Wales
You can complain to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales about local government, National Health Service organisations including GPs, and the National Assembly for Wales. The Ombudsman considers complaints about matters such as housing, planning, education, social services and health services.
The Consumer Council aims to ensure markets and public services work for consumers, empowering consumers so they feel able to be demanding in their selection and use of goods and services.

The Welsh Contact Centre Forum is a Employers’ Forum for the contact centres in Wales. In addition to providing the strategic direction for contact centres in Wales, it also offers members a number of services.
