This report was commissioned by the Welsh Local Government Association and produced by M·E·L Research. It presents the findings of a detailed survey into both the rates of food recycling participation and the associated levels of food waste being disposed of at the kerbside. Just under 3000 properties were monitored across Denbighshire, Carmarthenshire and Rhondda Cynon Taf either side of a food recycling communications and public consultation campaign.
